Crew's First Birthday in Texas!!!!!!

Crew's first birthday was a bit hard for me.  I don't want my sweet baby boy to grow up!!!  Chris was trying to be sweet when he said, "Well, just wait until he moves out!"  That did not make me feel better! We went out to dinner and had a great time.

Kendal's First Soccer Practice!!!!

Kendal started soccer.  She loves it, but is not so sure about being the only girl on her team!  Her team has 4 boys and her.  Crazy.  Her coach is really nice and kind to the kids.  She is really good at throw ins and loves to kick the ball.....but like a girl, she gets tired quickly.  Her team name is The Dragons!  Cute!!

Since we were in Arizona right before Crew's birthday, we had a little party for him to celebrate.  

It was so nice for him to have his time with family and friends.  He wasn't so sure about it all at first, 

but then he got the hang of it!

Our Trip to Arizona

We had a quick trip out to Arizona to visit Great Grandpa and the Kirch family.

Let it SNOW!!!!!

Snow in Texas.  I know.....crazy....but it happened!!!  The girls were so excited to go out and play in the snow.  This was Crew's first time in snow, and he didn't know what to think of it.  I put him down on the ground and he just crawled around after Bosco.  The girls made snow angels and played around until it got a too cold for them.....which was about 6 minutes. 

We live in TEXAS!!!!

So.  We are here.  I still cannot believe we live in Texas.  It has been really great so far....our house is awesome and we found a great preschool for Kendal.  The girls are starting to adjust to the few things that are different here.  We were at the store the other day and Kendal said, "Mommy, look!!  There's a cowboy!".  Then Blaire preceded to say, "Yee Haw!!".  It was actually quite funny.   When we drive, Blaire has a problem with how dark it is here.  We try to tell her that we live in the country now, but she doesn't get it.  So cute.
